Reducer bevel gear

Reducer bevel gear is used in the field of industrial reducer transmission. It is usually made of high-quality alloy steel, i.e. 20CrMnTi, whose single-stage transmission ratio is generally lower than 4 and transmission efficiency is generally 0.94~0.98.

The design, manufacturing, and installation processes are reasonable, and the requirements for transmission noise are not high. Usually, low-medium speed transmission is adopted. The transmission runs stably, and the gear has a high carrying capacity, which is characterized by wear resistance, long service life, low noise, and low manufacturing difficulty, so it is widely used in a number of fields, such as four series of reducers and K-series reducers, etc.
